Haruspex Set

Here I have listed stats of all ZG Haruspex pieces and a brief description on how to obtain them. All of the quests for them require a certain reputation with Zandalar Tribe. You cannot get anything when you are neutral. You have to be at least friendly with them to get the blue items and exalted for the epic items, I believe. These items are unique in the sense that they don't drop anywhere, but you collect items from Zul'Gurub to "craft" them.

This is yet another healing/balance set, but it does have more balance-specific stats such as +starfire crit/hit chance.

Pristine Enchanted South Seas Kelp

Equip: Increases the critical hit chance of Wrath and Starfire by 2%.

To receive this item you must keep the Enchanted South Seas Kelp necklace you get when you are friendly with Zandalar Tribe until you are exalted with them. When you hit honored and revered you will receive upgraded blue versions of the necklace and when you hit exalted you receive this.

Use: Reduces the casting time of your Healing Touch spells by 40%, and reduces the mana cost of your healing spells by 5% for 15
seconds.

This item is created by using a Punctured Voodoo doll (druid version) found in Zul'Gurub, combined with Gri'lek's Blood, Renataki's Tooth, Wushoolay's Mane, and Hazza'rah's Dream thread.

Passive: Increases healing done by spells and effects by up to 33.

This piece is the quest reward for "Paragons of Power: The Haruspex's Belt" requesting the following items:

-5 Gurubashi coins
-5 Zulian coins
-2 Bronze hakkari bijou
-1 Primal hakkari tabard

Having multiple pieces of Haruspex gives you the following bonuses:

2 pieces: Restores 4 mana every 5 sec.
3 pieces: Increases the duration of Faerie Fire by 5 sec.
5 pieces: Increases the critical hit chance of your Starfire spell 3%.
