multiple pieces of PVP tier 1 set gives you the following bonuses:

pieces: +40 Attack power.
4 pieces: Increases your movement speed for cat/bear/travel forms
outdoor by 15%
6 pieces: +15 stamina
This
set is probably the closest blue "feral druid" set there
is. It can also be considered a hybrid set but it has way more
feral-oriented stats than healing. To get the whole set you need
to reach rank 10 in pvp, which is not extremely hard but does
take time and requires you to be a little bit more than a "casual"
player.
