Druid Accessories - Healing/Balance

This is a list of druid accessories. Blue (superior) items that are relatively easy for the casual players to get are listed first, then purple (epic) items that are pretty difficult to obtain, usually having to do with 40-man raid instances or outdoor encounters. This list is sorted in the order of rings, trinkets, necklaces, and cloaks.

Zanzil's Seal Binds when picked up Unique Finger +10 Stamina +10 Intellect Requires Level 60 Equip: Improves your chance to hit with spells by 1%. Equip: Increases damage and healing done by magical spells and effects by up to 11.	This item drops off of Bloodlord Mandokir in Zul'Gurub. Drop rate: 12%. Wearing both this and Zanzil's Seal gives you the following bonuses: -Improves your chance to hit with spells by 1%. -Increases damage and healing done by magical spells and effects by up to 6.
Zanzil's Band Binds when picked up Unique Finger +13 Intellect Requires Level 60 Equip: Improves your chance to hit with spells by 1%. Equip: Restores 4 mana every 5 sec.	This item drops off of High Priest Venoxis in Zul'Gurub. Drop rate: 7%. Wearing both this and Zanzil's Seal gives you the following bonuses: -Improves your chance to hit with spells by 1%. -Increases damage and healing done by magical spells and effects by up to 6.
Seal of Rivendare Binds when picked up Finger +17 Intellect +7 Spirit Requires Level 58	This item drops off of Baron Rivendare, the final boss of Undead Stratholme. Drop rate: 9%.
Royal Seal of Alexis Binds when picked up Finger +10 Stamina +10 Intellect +8 Spirit	This is a quest reward from the horde only quest "Ramstein", starting at Nathanos Blightcaller in Eastern Plaguelands.
Ring of Demonic Guile Binds when picked up Finger +10 Intellect Requires Level 54 Equip: Restores 6 mana every 5 sec.	This item drops off of Alzzin the Wildshaper, the final boss in Dire Maul east. Drop rate: 12%.
Primalist's Seal Binds when picked up Unique Finger +12 Intellect +8 Spirit Requires Level 60 Equip: Increases healing done by spells and effects by up to 29.	This item drops off of Bloodlord Mandokir in Zul'Gurub. Wearing both this and the Primalist's Band increases healing done by spells and effects by up to 33 as well. Drop rate: 13%.
Primalist's Band Binds when picked up Unique Finger +10 Intellect +8 Stamina Requires Level 60 Equip: Restores 6 mana every 5 sec.	This item drops off of High Priestess Jeklik in Zul'Gurub. Wearing both this and the Primalist's Seal increases healing done by spells and effects by up to 33 as well. Drop rate: 12%.
Maiden's Circle Binds when equipped Finger +7 Intellect +6 Spirit Requires Level 55 Equip: Increases damage and healing done by magical spells and effects by up to 18.	This item is a world random drop from high level mobs and bosses. It's bind on equip so you can buy it from the auction house or someone else.
Fordring's Seal Binds when picked up Finger +4 Stamina +5 Intellect Equip: Increases healing done by spells and effects by up to 37.	This item is one of the rewards you can pick from for completing the chain starting at Tirion Fordring in Eastern Plaguelands.
Eye of Orgrimmar/Songstone of Ironforge Binds when picked up Finger +7 Intellect +4 Spirit Equip: Increases damage and healing done by magical spells and effects by up to 18.	This is a quest reward for the chain which ends in saving the princess in Blackrock Depths after killing the dragon.
Emerald Flame Ring Binds when picked up Finger +7 Stamina +12 Intellect +8 Spirit Requires Level 57 Equip: Increases healing done by spells and effects by up to 15.	One of the best healing rings there is. This item drops from Prince Tortheldrin, the final boss of Dire Maul west. Drop rate: 14%.
Deep Rooted Ring Binds when picked up Finger +10 Stamina +10 Intellect Requires Level 58 Equip: Increases damage and healing done by magical spells and effects by up to 12.	This item drops from either of the summoned bosses in Alterac Valley, Ivus the Forest Lord or Lokholar the Ice Lord. Drop rate: 12%.
Blood of the Martyr Binds when picked up Finger +15 Stamina +10 Intellect	This is from a quest starting in the church in Undead Stratholme. You or one of your party members must turn in a Medallion of Faith (obtained from Living Stratholme) to start this quest for everyone in your party/raid. Speak to the guy who appears at the Baron fight to receive this ring.
Band of the Hierophant Binds when equipped Unique Finger +7 Stamina +10 Intellect +11 Spirit Requires Level 55	This item is a world random drop from high level mobs and bosses. It's bind on equip so you can buy it from the auction house or someone else.
Band of Rumination Binds when picked up Unique Finger Requires Level 58 Equip: Restores 5 mana every 5 sec. Equip: Improves your chance to get a critical strike with spells by 1%.	This item drops from Warchief Rend Blackhand in Upper Blackrock Spire. Drop rate: 2%.
Advisor's Ring/Lorekeeper's Ring Binds when picked up Unique Finger +8 Stamina Requires Level 58 Equip: Increases damage and healing done by magical spells and effects by up to 14. Equip: Restores 4 mana every 5 sec.	You can buy this item when you are honored with Warsong Gulch.
Mindtear Band Binds when picked up Unique Finger +6 Stamina +6 Intellect Requires Level 60 Equip: Increases damage and healing done by magical spells and effects by up to 22. Equip: Improves your chance to get a critical strike with spells by 1%.	This item drops off of Taerar, one of the four 40-man outdoor raid encounter dragons. Drop rate: 14%.
Pure Elementium Band Binds when picked up Unique Finger +9 Stamina +10 Intellect +10 Spirit Requires Level 60 Equip: Increases healing done by spells and effects by up to 53.	This item drops off of Nefarian in Blackwing Lair. Drop rate: 12%.
Ring of Blackrock Binds when picked up Unique Finger Requires Level 60 Equip: Increases damage and healing done by magical spells and effects by up to 19. Equip: Restores 9 mana every 5 sec.	This item drops off of Flamegor, Ebonroc, and Firemaw in Blackwing Lair. Drop rate: ~2%.
Ring of Entropy Binds when picked up Finger +11 Stamina +13 Intellect +8 Spirit Requires Level 60 Equip: Improves your chance to get a critical strike with spells by 1%.	This item drops off of Lord Kazzak, a 40-man outdoor encounter boss in the Blasted Lands. Drop rate: 10%.
Ring of Spell Power Binds when picked up Finger Requires Level 60 Equip: Increases damage and healing done by magical spells and effects by up to 33.	This item drops off of selected Molten Core bosses. Drop rate: 1 to 2%.
Seal of the Archmagus Binds when picked up Unique Finger +11 Stamina +11 Intellect +11 Spirit +6 Arcane Resistance +6 Fire Resistance +6 Nature Resistance +6 Frost Resistance +6 Shadow Resistance Requires Level 60 Equip: Restores 3 mana every 5 sec.	This item drops off of Baron Geddon in Molten Core. Drop rate: 15%.
Elemental Focus Band Binds when picked up Unique Finger +8 Stamina +11 Intellect Requires Level 60 Equip: Increases damage and healing done by magical spells and effects by up to 22.	This item drops off of Prince Skaldrenox, an outdoor summoned boss in Silithus. Drop rate: 31%.
Dragonslayer's Signet Binds when picked up Finger +12 Stamina +12 Intellect +6 Spirit +10 Fire Resistance Equip: Improves your chance to get a critical strike with spells by 1%.	You can get this item by turning in the head of Onyxia, which drops after you Onyxia (only 1 per raid).
Cauterizing Band Binds when picked up Finger +9 Stamina +12 Intellect Requires Level 60 Equip: Increases healing done by spells and effects by up to 46.	This piece drops from Cache of the Firelord in Molten Core which appears after you defeat Majordomo's minions. Drop rate: 18%.
Band of Sulfuras Binds when picked up Unique Finger +13 Stamina +23 Intellect +10 Spirit Requires Level 60	This item drops off of Ragranos, the final boss of Molten Core. Drop rate: 22%.
Band of Forced Concentration Binds when picked up Unique Finger +9 Stamina +12 Intellect Requires Level 60 Equip: Improves your chance to hit with spells by 1%. Equip: Increases damage and healing done by magical spells and effects by up to 21.	This item drops off of Ebonroc in Blackwing Lair. Drop rate: 14%.
Trinkets
Briarwood Reed Binds when picked up Unique Trinket Requires Level 55 Equip: Increases damage and healing done by magical spells and effects by up to 29.	This item drops off of Jed Runewatcher, a rare spawn in Upper Blackrock Spire. Drop rate: 25%.
Burst of Knowledge Binds when picked up Unique Trinket Requires Level 53 Use: Reduces mana cost of all spells by 100 for 10 sec. Equip: Increases damage and healing done by magical spells and effects by up to 12. Cooldown: 15 min	This item drops from Ambassador Flamelash in Blackrock Depths. Drop rate: 7%.
Eye of the Beast Binds when picked up Trinket Classes: Priest, Shaman, Mage, Warlock, Druid Equip: Improves your chance to get a critical strike with spells by 2%.	This item is a quest reward from "General Drakkisath's Demise" (alliance) starting at Marshal Maxwell in Burning Steppes and "For The Horde" (horde) starting at Thrall in Orgrimmar.
Second Wind Binds when picked up Unique Trinket Requires Level 54 Use: Restores 30 mana every 1 sec for 10 sec. Equip: Increases healing done by spells and effects by up to 22. Cooldown: 15 min	This item drops from Golem Lord Argelmach in Blackrock Depths. Drop rate: 5%.
Royal Seal of Eldre'Thalas Binds when picked up Unique Trinket +10 Fire Resistance Classes: Druid Equip: Increases healing done by spells and effects by up to 44.	You get this item by finding a book called "The Emerald Dream" from any of the Dire Maul bosses, then turning the book into the DM library.
Mindtap Talisman Binds when picked up Trinket Requires Level 56 Equip: Restores 11 mana every 5 sec.	This item drops from Magister Kalendris in Dire Maul West. This item is great for long battles, while Mar'li's Eye is better for longer battles. Drop rate: 7%.
Mar'li's Eye Binds when picked up Trinket Requires Level 60 Use: Restores 60 mana every 5 sec for 30 sec. Cooldown: 3 min	This item drops from High Priestess Mar'li in Zul'Gurub. This item is great for short battles, while Mindtap Talisman is better for longer battles. Drop rate: 10%.
Zandalarian Hero Charm Binds when picked up Unique Trinket Use: Increases your spell damage by up to 280 and your healing by up to 560 for 20 sec. Every time you cast a spell, the bonus is reduced by 35 spell damage and 70 healing. Cooldown: 2 min	This item is obtained from the quest starting with the item "Heart of Hakkar", which drops from Hakkar, the final boss of Zul'Gurub.
Talisman of Ephemeral Power Binds when picked up Unique Trinket Requires Level 60 Use: Increases damage and healing done by magical spells and effects by up to 175 for 15 sec. Cooldown: 1.50 min	This item drops off of various bosses in Molten Core. Drop rate: 2 to 5%.
Shard of the Scale Binds when picked up Unique Trinket Requires Level 60 Equip: Restores 16 mana every 5 sec.	This item drops off of Onyxia in Onyxia's Lair. Drop rate: 3%.
Rejuvenating Gem Binds when picked up Unique Trinket Requires Level 60 Equip: Increases healing done by spells and effects by up to 66. Equip: Restores 9 mana every 5 sec.	This item drops off of Ebonroc, Flamegor, and Firemaw. Drop rate: 6 to 7%.
Neltharion's Tear Binds when picked up Unique Trinket Miscellaneous Requires Level 60 Equip: Increases damage and healing done by magical spells and effects by up to 44. Equip : Improves your chance to hit with spells by 2%.	This item drops off of Nefarian in Blackwing Lair. Drop rate: 17%.
Hibernation Crystal Binds when picked up Unique Trinket Requires Level 60 Use: Increases healing done by magical spells and effects by up to 350 for 15 sec.	This item drops off of Ysondre, one of the four 40-man outdoor encounter dragons. Drop rate: 14%.
Darkmoon Card: Blue Dragon Binds when picked up Unique Trinket Requires Level 60 Equip: 2% chance on successful spellcast to allow 100% of your Mana regeneration to continue while casting for 15 sec.	To get this item you must obtain Beasts cards ace through eight. Ace of Beasts drop from the Beast in Upper Blackrock Spire and the other 7 cards drop from high level humanoids around the world. After you create the deck, you can trade it in for this trinket at the Darkmoon faire.
Necklaces
Tooth of Gnarr Binds when picked up Neck +15 Intellect +10 Spirit Requires Level 58	This item drops off General Drakkisath, the final boss in Upper Blackrock Spire. Drop rate: 16%.
Star of Mystaria Binds when picked up Neck +7 Agility +9 Stamina +9 Intellect +9 Spirit Requires Level 58	One of the few hybrid necklaces in the game, although it has more stats geared towards casters. It drops from Balnazzar, the final boss of Living Stratholme. Drop rate: 13%.
Tempest Talisman Binds when picked up Neck +7 Intellect +6 Spirit Requires Level 53 Equip: Improves your chance to get a critical strike with spells by 1%.	This item drops from Hydrospawn, the water elemental boss in Dire Maul east. Drop rate: 16%.
Jeklik's Opaline Talisman Binds when picked up Neck Requires Level 60 Equip: Increases damage and healing done by magical spells and effects by up to 22. Equip: Restores 3 mana every 5 sec.	This item drops from High Priestess Jeklik (first boss with bats) in Zul'Gurub. Drop rate: 8%.
Gemshard Heart Binds when picked up Neck +10 Stamina +10 Intellect +6 Spirit Requires Level 49	Although this is a level 49 item it is on par with end-game caster necklaces. It drops from Princess Theradras in Maraudon. Drop rate: 15%.
Horizon Choker Binds when equipped Neck +4 Stamina +14 Intellect +4 Spirit Requires Level 46	Like Gemshard Heart, good for a low level item. This is This item is a world random drop from medium to high level mobs and bosses. It's bind on equip so you can buy it from the auction house or someone else.
Frostwolf Advisor/Stormpike Sage's Pendant Binds when picked up Neck +10 Stamina +10 Intellect Requires Level 55 Equip: Restores 4 mana every 5 sec.	You can buy this item when you are honored with Alterac Valley.
Enchanted South Seas Kelp Binds when picked up Unique Neck +6 Strength +10 Stamina +10 Intellect +9 Spirit	This is the upgraded version of the necklace you receive from Zandalar Tribe when you first hit friendly with them. The necklace upgrades every time you hit a new rank of reputation with this tribe.
Elder Magus Pendant Binds when picked up Neck +6 Stamina +10 Intellect +7 Spirit +10 Fire Resistance Requires Level 56	This item drops off of Magister Kalendris in Dire Maul west. Drop rate: 17%.
Barbed Thorn Necklace Binds when picked up Neck +7 Stamina +6 Intellect Requires Level 51 Equip: Increases damage done by Nature spells and effects by up to 17.	Probably the only balance specific necklace. This item is a random drop off of treant-type mobs (trees) in Dire Maul east. Drop rate: 1 to 2%.
Animated Chain Necklace Binds when picked up Neck +7 Stamina +6 Spirit Requires Level 57 Equip: Increases healing done by spells and effects by up to 33.	This item drops off of Ramstein the Gorger in Undead Stratholme. He appears after you clear the abominations. Drop rate: 5%.
Archlight Talisman Binds when picked up Neck +8 Stamina +10 Intellect +10 Spirit	This is a quest reward for the Battle of Darrowshire chain.
Lady Maye's Pendant Binds when equipped Neck +10 Stamina +19 Intellect +10 Spirit Requires Level 59	This is a random drop off of mobs in end-game instances. It is bind on equip, so you can buy this from other players or the AH.
Jin'do's Evil Eye Binds when picked up Neck +5 Stamina +11 Intellect +6 Spirit Requires Level 60 Equip: Increases healing done by spells and effects by up to 44.	This item drops from Jin'do the Hexxer in Zul'Gurub. Drop rate: 6%.
Wavefront Necklace Binds when picked up Neck +5 Stamina +6 Intellect Requires Level 60 Equip: Restores 8 mana every 5 sec. Equip: Increases healing done by spells and effects by up to 24.	This item drops off of Lord Skwol, an outdoor boss in Silithus. Drop rate: 32%.
Soul Corrupter's Necklace Binds when picked up Neck +10 Stamina +16 Intellect +8 Spirit Requires Level 60 Equip: Improves your chance to hit with spells by 1%.	This item drops off of Hakkar, the final boss of Zul'Gurub. Drop rate: 8%.
Pendant of the Fallen Dragon Binds when picked up Neck +9 Stamina +12 Intellect Requires Level 60 Equip: Restores 9 mana every 5 sec.	This item drops off of Vaelastrasz the Corrupt in Blackwing Lair. Drop rate: 20%.
Orb of the Darkmoon Binds when picked up Neck +11 Stamina +8 Spirit Requires Level 60 Equip: Increases damage and healing done by magical spells and effects by up to 22.	This is the reward for turning in 1200 Darkmoon Faire tickets. To obtain tickets you must turn in items you create with professions or selected trash items.
Jeweled Amulet of Cainwyn Binds when equipped Neck +8 Stamina +18 Intellect +10 Spirit Requires Level 55	This is a world drop epic and is bind on equip, so you can buy this from other players or the AH.
Choker of the Fire Lord Binds when picked up Neck +7 Stamina +7 Intellect Requires Level 60 Equip: Increases damage and healing done by magical spells and effects by up to 34.	This item drops off of Ragranos, final boss of Molten Core. Drop rate: 13%.
Choker of Enlightenment Binds when picked up Neck +9 Stamina +10 Intellect +10 Spirit Requires Level 60 Equip: Increases damage and healing done by magical spells and effects by up to 18.	This item drops off of Lucifron in Molten Core. Drop rate: 9%.
Cloaks
Hakkari Loa Cloak Binds when picked up Back 50 Armor +6 Stamina +6 Intellect +8 Spirit Requires Level 60 Equip: Increases healing done by spells and effects by up to 33.	This item drops off of Bloodlord Mandokir in Zul'Gurub. Drop rate: 12%.
Heliotrope Cloak Binds when picked up Back 43 Armor +10 Intellect Requires Level 55 Equip: Improves your chance to get a critical strike with spells by 1%.	This item drops off of Guard Mol'dar and Guard Slip'kik in Dire Maul north. Killing them will decrease the amount of items you get in the tribute box. Drop rate: 4 to 6%.
Shroud of the Exile Binds when picked up Back 45 Armor +7 Stamina +15 Intellect +7 Spirit	One of the best blue feral necks. This item is one of the rewards you can pick from for completing the chain starting at Tirion Fordring in Eastern Plaguelands.
Frostwolf Advisor/Stormpike Sage's Cloak Binds when picked up Back 43 Armor +11 Stamina +5 Frost Resistance Requires Level 55 Equip: Increases damage and healing done by magical spells and effects by up to 14.	You can buy this item when you are honored with Alterac Valley.
Gracious Cape Binds when picked up Back 42 Armor +7 Intellect Requires Level 54 Equip: Restores 6 mana every 5 sec.	This item drops off of non-boss mobs of Stratholme. Drop rate: 0.1%.
Royal Tribunal Cloak Binds when picked up Back 42 Armor +7 Stamina +16 Intellect Requires Level 54	This item drops off of Magistrate Barthilas, the boss right before you face abominations. Drop rate: 9%.
Frostweaver Cape Binds when picked up Back 45 Armor +12 Intellect +12 Spirit +10 Frost Resistance Requires Level 58	This item drops off of the Beast in Upper Blackrock Spire. Drop rate: 17%.
Deep Woodlands Cloak Binds when picked up Back 37 Armor +6 Stamina +9 Intellect Equip: Increases damage and healing done by magical spells and effects by up to 12.	This is a horde only quest reward for "Wanted: Vile Priestess Hexx and Her Minions" starting at a wanted board in Raventusk Village, Hinterlands.
Crystalline Threaded Cape Binds when equipped Back Cloth 45 Armor +4 Intellect +5 Stamina Requires Level 58 Passive: Increases damage and healing done by magical spells and effects by up to 20.	This item drops from bags of spoils in Silithus after completing the quest for 3 signets and 1 large brilliant shard.
Cloak of the Cosmos Binds when picked up Back 44 Armor +7 Stamina +11 Intellect Requires Level 57 Equip: Increases healing done by spells and effects by up to 26.	This item drops from Immol'thar, the dog-like boss in Dire Maul west. You can only fight him after you destroy all 5 pylons. Drop rate: 14%.
Caretaker's Cape Binds when picked up Back 45 Armor +11 Stamina +8 Spirit Requires Level 58 Equip: Increases healing done by spells and effects by up to 26.	You can buy this item when you are honored with Warsong Gulch.
Sapphiron Drape Binds when picked up Back 55 Armor +10 Stamina +17 Intellect +6 Arcane Resistance +6 Frost Resistance Requires Level 60 Equip: Increases damage and healing done by magical spells and effects by up to 14.	This item drops off of Onyxia in Onyxia's Lair. Drop rate: 11%.
Drape of Benediction Binds when picked up Back 52 Armor +11 Stamina +13 Intellect +8 Spirit Requires Level 60 Equip: Increases healing done by spells and effects by up to 31.	This item drops off of Azuregos, a 40-man outdoor encounter in Azshara. Drop rate: 11%.
Cloak of the Brood Lord Binds when picked up Back 63 Armor +10 Stamina +14 Intellect Requires Level 60 Equip: Increases damage and healing done by magical spells and effects by up to 28.	This item drops from Nefarian, the final boss of Blackwing Lair. Drop rate: 18%.
Shroud of Pure Thought Binds when picked up Back 57 Armor +10 Stamina +11 Intellect Requires Level 60 Equip: Increases healing done by spells and effects by up to 33. Equip: Restores 6 mana every 5 sec.	This item drops from Flamegor in Blackwing Lair. Drop rate: 20%.
Hide of the Wild Binds when equipped Back 48 Armor +8 Stamina +10 Intellect Requires Level 57 Equip: Increases healing done by spells and effects by up to 42.	This item is crafted by Tribal leatherworkers with a 300 skill. Materials: 30x Rugged Leather 12x Living Essence 10x Essence of Water 8x Larval Acid 3x Cured Rugged Hide 8x Rune Thread
Cloak of Consumption Binds when picked up Back 52 Armor +10 Intellect Requires Level 60 Equip: Increases damage and healing done by magical spells and effects by up to 23. Equip: Improves your chance to hit with spells by 1%.	This item drops off of Hakkar, the final boss in Zul'Gurub. Drop rate: 15%.
Chromatic Cloak Binds when equipped Back 48 Armor +10 Stamina +9 Fire Resistance +9 Shadow Resistance Requires Level 57 Equip: Improves your chance to get a critical strike with spells by 1%.	This item is crafted by Dragonscale leatherworkers with a 300 skill.
